Action's Atglen facility is one of the finest privately owned explosive/pyrotechnic facilities in the country.  It is located 60 miles west of Philadelphia in the heart of Pennsylvania Dutch Farm country.  Constructed and operated in strict compliance with federal, state and municipal safety and environmental regulations, the facility boasts 75 buildings and eight magazines on 200 acres.

The company began manufacturing explosive devices in the early 1960's for better control of the explosive elements critical to the function of the fuze.  The desire and necessity to produce the complete, reliable fuze resulted in the development of a first-rate explosive/pyrotechnic manufacturing facility.
