A considerable array of automatic manufacturing and assembly equipment is utilized for consolidating, pelletizing and LAP (Load, Assemble and Pack).  Manual productions lines are also maintained for small orders, pilot and prototype production as well as facilities for Research and Development.  Action has precision machinery for milling, grinding, blending and formulating primary and secondary pyrotechnic and explosive mixtures.

The potential hazards of explosive and pyrotechnic manufacturing are recognized.  All necessary precautions are taken to assure safety.  All operations are carefully monitored by safety and quality control personnel. A full-time safety officer  is employed and personnel participate in on-going safety training programs.  Robots--an added safety measure--handle volatile, loose powders which are effectively placed behind barricades.
